Sarah Jepson

Six Degrees was created by Sarah Jepson due to her feeling frustrated at not being able to find a community or events where she could surround herself with growth-oriented women – often faced with lacklustre networking events, in uninspiring venues and being forced to constantly pitch her business (which she found inauthentic and, well, a bit cringe), she decided to start her own community, one where authenticity, fun, collaboration and vibrancy reigned. Sarah has a deep-rooted passion for creating environments and opportunities that enable women to realise their full potential and thrive. Sarah’s passion is to create a sense of community, where everyone is encouraged to feel at home, safe and happy.



Emily McGuirk

Emily McGuirk has taken on the pivotal role of Global Mindset Director for Six Degrees and we are thrilled that she has. Throughout her decade-long career, Emily has mentored and supported individuals in enhancing their mindset and self-worth, spanning from teenagers to 3,000 business owners at the Birmingham NEC. In 2021 she founded Small Steps Big Vision, an organisation which supports young women to grow in confidence and build resilience. Emily is the author of our weekly Mindful Monday emails, revered within the community for their focus on personal growth, managing challenging thoughts and emotions, and rediscovering joy.



Bracken Jelier

With 15 years of TV industry experience, Bracken passionately aids clients in storytelling, utilising her expertise in visuals, editorials, and communication. She finds immense inspiration in individuals’ journeys to success.

Bracken has spearheaded creative, award-winning campaigns in the South West for clients like the National Trust, NHS, and Sutton Harbour Group plc. Teaming up with Rachel Hammond, The Storyboard Collective offers a formula benefiting independent, ambitious businesses and founders by fostering growth and confidence without massive marketing investments. Their monthly membership empowers businesses to uncover and share their unique stories while gaining insights into marketing, PR, and social media.



Rachel Hammond

Rachel knows a thing or two about the power of words, as a journalist, strategist and storytelling coach. Rachel has over 25 years’ experience working on some of the world’s most hard-hitting and impactful storylines and her holistic approach to marketing always starts with one short word: ‘why?’ She is a Google, Meta, and CIM accredited tutor and has built award-winning digital skills, marketing and career transformation courses for the UK Government. Rachel uses daily writing to help manage stress and improve focus and is a strong advocate for a sustainable approach to social media and empowering women to use storytelling to revisit purpose,embrace change, and thrive.



Faye Whitley

Faye Whitley, co-founder of Beevive, is on a mission to create a bee-friendly world. Inspired by a chance encounter with a tired bee, she launched The Original Bee Revival Kit, raising funds to combat the bee crisis. With a fashion design background and experience at Dancing on Ice, Ted Baker, and with designer Ray Brown, Faye ventured into entrepreneurship in the South West. Notably, she recently joined a sustainability panel at Karren Brady’s Women in Business and Tech Expo at the Excel Centre in London. Faye is also a winner of the Dell Technologies UK DWEN Dream Tech contest, actively championing women’s innovation and success while promoting #savethebees.



Tilly Lander-Williams

Tilly Lander-Williams, an accomplished copywriter and content specialist, is dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs on their business growth journey. Her diverse background, including a career in law, fuels her unwavering passion for writing and creativity. Tilly believes that creativity is a universal trait waiting to be unlocked in all of us. She’s committed to helping others find their unique voices and build authentic brands. Rachel Howourth

Rachael Howourth, a former UK Sales Director, now thrives as an award-winning, multi 6-figure entrepreneur. Jo Webber brings an impressive 18-year digital marketing career, spanning Google, startups, scale-ups, and global agencies in the UK, US, and Germany. Beyond her marketing prowess, Jo is a certified life coach through Jay Shetty’s program, committed to empowering individuals to fulfill their potential and live with purpose and joy. Accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) at AACT level, she adheres to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors.

Jaxs Hodson

Jaxs is passionate about interiors, gifting, and wellness, which inspired her to create House of Millie’s. She began by formulating her spa products, Millie’s Organics, in her kitchen in 2019. Her dedication to crafting a customer gifting experience earned her two awards and a retail presence on the high street. Jaxs didn’t stop at one endeavour; she also supported her husband’s Airbnb business by enhancing guest experiences and cosy interiors. With over 60 transformed houses, ‘House of Millies’ combines wellness and creativity, aiming to empower over 100 women and female entrepreneurs by December 2024. Their goal is to transform spaces to support business dreams and personal growth, incorporating wellness and natural elements with soothing colours and textured comforts because everyone deserves the space they desire.



Samantha Wood

Samantha Wood is a financial feminist on a mission to empower women to take control of their financial futures by making financial planning more accessible and demystifying crucial financial knowledge. Partnering with Six Degrees aligns perfectly with her passion. She often speaks about the three pillars of well-being—financial, physical, and mental health—understanding the joys and challenges of balancing careers, family commitments, and maintaining a healthy life. As a business owner and a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, Samantha offers leadership and consultative roles in the financial services industry, focusing on supporting business owners and inspirational families in the South West.



Maia Thomas

Maia Thomas, an award-winning Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant, is celebrated for her leadership in transforming organisations. She excels in crafting EDI strategies, offering comprehensive training, and equipping organisations to empower diverse communities. Maia’s work has earned international recognition, featuring on CNN, BBC, ITV, Sky, and other platforms. She was honoured as a 2022 Woman of the Year, received the Ron Todd Award for Equality, and was named in the Mirrors Top 100 Inspirational Women in 2021. Wesley Reece is a Success Coach and Healer for midlife female entrepreneurs seeking a soul-aligned life and business with more income and impact, minus the exhausting hustle. She’s the Creator of the Confidence Catalyst and host of the Destined for More Online Show. Nik Govier

Nik Govier, CEO and Founder of Blurred, a consultancy launched in October 2018, blurs the lines between management, sustainability, and communication consultancy. Blurred delivers strategic and creative solutions with depth, creating positive impacts for clients, people, and the planet. With a client base predominantly comprising FTSE 150/Fortune 500 multinationals, Blurred’s focus area is ESGP (ESG + Purpose). Nik co-founded/invested in agency Tin Man and holds stakes in various businesses, including AllBright, the group behind London’s first private members’ club for working women. Amanda Alexander

Amanda Alexander is the CEO and Founder of Female Dignity CIC, a sustainable, eco-friendly company dedicated to restoring menstrual dignity to homeless and economically challenged women. With over 20 years of legal sector experience, Amanda brings extensive expertise to Female Dignity. She is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree in “Building Sustainable Cities” and collaborates with government departments in St. Lucia to establish a sustainable feminine product production facility on the island. Amanda, a pastor at New Life Church – Bishops Stortford, holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s in TV Media Journalism. She’s a creative entrepreneur driven by empathy, inspiring the creation of Female Dignity.



Cheli Grace

Cheli Grace, Founder of Book to Millions® and Book to Millions® Virtual Book School™, is also a Co-Founder of Delian Origin Publishers. She empowers individuals to write and share their stories and expertise through her programs. As a former award-winning school principal, she understands the value of sharing knowledge. Cheli, a 6X International Best-Selling Author with Wiley, professional speaker, and media personality, transitioned from her career into entrepreneurship. She now helps others write, publish, market, and monetise their bestselling books. Based in Miami, she enjoys travel and tennis with her husband, leveraging her expertise to make an impact.
