Welcome to Six Degrees and The Conscious Female Founder.
We believe in the power of connection, the importance of community and creating spaces where women can build businesses and lives that genuinely work for them.
These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect from us, what we ask of you and the conditions that apply when accessing our websites, communities, memberships, events, podcasts and other services.
Our intention is to make these terms clear, fair and easy to understand.
By registering for or accessing our services, you agree to the terms applicable to those services.
Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Six Degrees and The Conscious Female Founder (CFF) are operated by Six Degrees Group Limited, a company based in England.
The Conscious Female Founder is a brand of Six Degrees Group Limited.
Throughout these terms, references to "we", "us" and "our" mean Six Degrees Group Limited.
References to "you" and "your" mean the individual accessing or purchasing our services.

2. Our Services
We provide a range of services and experiences designed to support female founders, business owners and entrepreneurs.
These may include:
Online membership communities.
Coaching, mentoring and facilitated discussions.
Live workshops, masterclasses and educational programmes.
Networking events and in-person experiences.
Podcasts and digital resources.
Downloadable materials, recordings and worksheets.
Other services introduced under Six Degrees or The Conscious Female Founder.
Some services are provided free of charge, while others require payment.
Specific programmes, events and memberships may have additional terms that will be explained before you register or purchase.
2.1 Existing Six Degrees Memberships
Existing Six Degrees members will continue to receive access to the services included in their membership arrangements, subject to the terms agreed when they joined and any subsequent changes they have validly accepted.
Our current Six Degrees membership experiences may include:
The Digital Hub: Access to our online community platform, workshops and resources.
The Inner Circles: Private WhatsApp groups designed to encourage connection, conversation and peer support.
The Learning Lab: Live coaching, mentoring sessions, workshops and other educational experiences.
As Six Degrees evolves into The Conscious Female Founder, we may introduce new platforms, experiences or membership structures.
Where changes affect existing contractual rights, we will communicate these appropriately and obtain agreement where required.
2.2 The Conscious Female Founder
The Conscious Female Founder is a developing community, educational and membership experience for women running businesses.
CFF may offer free and paid experiences, including the Secret Podcast, workshops, memberships, events and other programmes.
Where a paid CFF membership or programme has specific conditions relating to its duration, price, payment schedule, cancellation or included services, these will be provided separately before purchase.
3. The Conscious Female Founder Secret Podcast
The Conscious Female Founder Secret Podcast is a free educational audio series designed to encourage reflection, awareness and more conscious approaches to running a business.
3.1 Registration and Access
To access the Secret Podcast, you may be asked to provide your first name and email address.
You may also be invited to provide additional information, such as a mobile telephone number, on an optional basis.
We use the information necessary to deliver the podcast and associated registration communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Registering for the Secret Podcast does not create a paid membership or any obligation to purchase our services.
3.2 Personal Use
The Secret Podcast is provided for your individual listening, learning and reflection.
You are welcome to share the registration link with others who may benefit from the series.
However, the podcast recordings and associated materials must not be copied, reproduced, sold, commercially distributed or presented as your own work without our prior written permission.
3.3 Educational Content
The Secret Podcast shares perspectives, personal experiences, reflections and educational information.
It is not intended to provide individual legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
3.4 Availability and Access
We aim to make the Secret Podcast available as described at registration.
However, we may occasionally need to update, amend or temporarily interrupt access for technical, operational or other reasonable reasons.
Where practical, we will communicate significant changes.
3.5 Completion Rewards and Additional Resources
We may offer optional resources, reflection experiences or completion rewards to listeners who meet specified participation requirements.
Any eligibility conditions, including completion deadlines, will be explained when the reward is offered.
We may update or withdraw promotional rewards where reasonably necessary, while honouring commitments already made to eligible participants wherever possible.
4. Memberships, Payments and Cancellations
This section applies to paid services and memberships where relevant.
4.1 Membership Options
We may offer different membership arrangements, including:
Monthly subscriptions: Recurring payments for ongoing access, according to the billing and cancellation terms agreed at purchase.
Annual memberships: Membership arrangements covering a specified annual period, which may be paid upfront or through an agreed payment schedule.
Fixed-term programmes: Coaching, mentoring or educational experiences delivered over a defined period.
The applicable price, duration, payment obligations and included services will be explained before purchase.
4.2 Payments
By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the fees and charges disclosed at checkout.
Where you authorise recurring payments, you agree that payments may be collected according to the schedule explained at purchase.
We will provide information about applicable renewal and cancellation arrangements before you commit.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of service purchased, the terms agreed at purchase and your applicable statutory rights.
For many distance contracts with consumers, UK law provides a 14-day cancellation period, although exceptions and specific rules may apply, including where services begin during that period or digital content is supplied with the required consent and acknowledgements.
We will not exclude or restrict statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Where a service has additional cancellation conditions, these will be made clear before purchase.
4.4 Existing Six Degrees Memberships
Existing Six Degrees members remain subject to their applicable membership agreements.
Members with ongoing monthly subscriptions should refer to the cancellation arrangements agreed when they joined.
Any changes to existing arrangements will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively remove statutory rights.
4.5 Future CFF Memberships
Paid memberships introduced under The Conscious Female Founder may have specific minimum terms, payment arrangements and renewal conditions.
These will be set out clearly in the relevant membership agreement and checkout information before purchase.
Registration for a free CFF resource does not constitute acceptance of a future paid membership agreement.
5. Our Community Code
Our communities are built on connection, mutual respect, openness and trust.
We want members to feel comfortable sharing experiences, asking questions, celebrating progress and discussing challenges.
By participating in our communities, you agree to the following principles.
5.1 Respect and Kindness
Treat other members with courtesy, consideration and respect.
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discriminatory behaviour or abusive language will not be tolerated.
5.2 Respect Different Perspectives
Our members come from different backgrounds, industries and stages of business and life.
We encourage thoughtful discussion and recognise that different experiences and opinions can coexist.
Disagreement is welcome when expressed respectfully.
5.3 No Unsolicited Selling
We encourage collaboration and supporting one another's businesses.
However, unsolicited sales messages, aggressive promotion and contacting members privately for commercial purposes without their permission are not acceptable.
Where promotional opportunities are available, please use the designated spaces.
5.4 Respect Community Spaces
Our community platforms and WhatsApp groups are shared environments.
Please avoid spamming, excessive promotional messaging or behaviour that disrupts other members' experiences.
Where quiet hours or specific participation guidelines are provided, please respect them.
5.5 Confidentiality
Members may share personal experiences, business challenges and commercially sensitive information.
We ask everyone to respect the confidentiality of these conversations.
You must not share another member's private information, personal story, screenshots or confidential business details outside the community without their permission.
While we expect members to respect these boundaries, we cannot guarantee the actions of every participant.
Please use your own judgement when sharing sensitive information.
6. Access and Account Security
Where our services require an account or login, you are responsible for keeping your access details secure.
Membership access, private community invitations and login credentials are intended for the registered individual unless we expressly state otherwise.
You must not share paid membership access with others without our permission.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, members or services.
7. Coaching, Mentoring and Educational Content
Our coaching, mentoring, workshops, podcasts and community conversations are intended to support learning, reflection, personal development and business decision-making.
We may share experiences, perspectives, exercises, strategies and educational resources.
However, our services do not constitute regulated financial advice, legal advice, medical treatment or psychological therapy. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take in your business and personal life.
We cannot guarantee particular financial, commercial or personal outcomes from participating in our services.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content we create and provide through Six Degrees and The Conscious Female Founder belongs to Six Degrees Group Limited or is used with appropriate permission.
This may include:
Podcast recordings.
Workshop and masterclass materials.
Videos and audio content.
Worksheets and downloadable resources.
Branding, graphics and written materials.
Coaching tools, exercises and educational content.
You may use materials provided to you for your own personal learning and internal business development, subject to any specific licence terms.
You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, commercially exploit or present our materials as your own without prior written permission.
8.1 Content Shared by Members
You retain ownership of original content you contribute to our communities.
By posting content within a community platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and make that content available within the relevant community for the purpose of operating the service.
We will not use your personal stories, photographs or testimonials in public marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, your permission.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
We respect your privacy and take the protection of personal information seriously.
Information collected through our websites, registration forms, memberships and other services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where we offer optional marketing emails or SMS communications, your preferences will be managed separately from your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Events and In-Person Experiences
We may organise networking events, workshops, retreats, CEO days and other in-person experiences.
Specific event information, including location, accessibility, pricing, cancellation arrangements and what is included, will be provided when booking.
Where events are delivered in partnership with third-party venues or providers, additional venue conditions may apply.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, organisers, speakers and venue staff.
We may make reasonable changes to event arrangements where necessary and will communicate material changes as appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Availability and Changes to Services
We aim to provide high-quality services and experiences.
However, online platforms, live events and digital resources may occasionally be affected by technical issues, maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may make reasonable updates to our services to improve quality, security, accessibility or functionality.
Where a proposed change materially affects a paid service, we will communicate it appropriately and respect applicable contractual and statutory rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to digital platforms or particular business or personal outcomes.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer protection legislation.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension or Termination of Access
We reserve the right to take proportionate action where someone seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms or our Community Code.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Issuing a warning.
Restricting participation in particular community spaces.
Temporarily suspending access.
Terminating access in cases of serious misconduct.
Examples include harassment, bullying, discriminatory behaviour, unauthorised sharing of paid content or conduct that puts other members at risk.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for our decision.
Any refund or other remedy will be considered in accordance with the applicable contract and statutory rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business structure or legal requirements.
The latest version will be available on our website.
Where changes materially affect existing paid agreements, we will provide appropriate notice and seek agreement where legally required.
Updates to these general terms will not automatically replace the individual terms of an existing paid membership agreement.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to you, including any rights relating to where proceedings may be brought.
