Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January, 2026

Welcome to Six Degrees. We are so glad you’re here. This community is built on the power of connection, the strength of female leadership, and the safety of our shared space.

By joining Six Degrees, accessing our platform, or participating in our WhatsApp groups, you are entering into a legal agreement with us. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are designed to protect both you and the community.

This document is our "community contract." It explains what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If you don’t agree with these terms, this might not be the right space for you

1. CLARITY: Scope of Services & Access

1.1 The Ecosystem

Six Degrees is a multi-layered experience. Your membership includes access to:

The Digital Hub: Our community-built platform for on-demand workshops and resources.

The Inner Circles: Private WhatsApp groups for real-time peer support.

The Learning Lab: Live coaching, mentoring sessions, and workshops.

1.2 Membership Tiers & Containers

Monthly Subscription: Ongoing access billed every 30 days.

Annual/One-Off: A discounted rate for a fixed period of access.

Container Programmes: Specific, time-bound coaching intensives which may have their own additional participation guidelines.

1.3 Access Security

Your login credentials and WhatsApp access are for you alone. Sharing access with others undermines the safety of the group and is a breach of these Terms.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY: The Six Degrees Code

To maintain a space of psychological safety, all members agree to the following:

No "Hard Pitching" in DMs: We encourage collaboration, but "cold pitching" or "sliding into DMs" to sell your services without prior consent is prohibited. Keep the sales energy in designated "Promotion" threads or areas.

The Kindness Clause: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or discriminatory language.

Non-Judgment: We are here to support diverse business journeys. Respect different perspectives even when they differ from your own.

WhatsApp Etiquette: WhatsApp is a high-proximity tool. Please respect "quiet hours" (if designated) and refrain from spamming the group with irrelevant content.

3. RISK CONTAINMENT: Payments, Refunds & Disclaimers

3.1 The 7-Day "Cooling Off" Period

In alignment with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 7 days from the date of your initial purchase to change your mind and request a full refund.

Note: If you have accessed or downloaded "On-Demand" digital content within those 7 days, you acknowledge that you may waive your right to a full refund for that portion of the service.

3.2 Cancellation

Monthly Memberships: You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

One-Off/Annual: These are discounted for commitment and are generally non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off period.

3.3 No Professional Advice

The coaching, mentoring, and peer support provided within Six Degrees are for educational and networking purposes only. We are not providing legal, financial, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant business or personal decisions.

3.4 Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% platform uptime and high-quality coaching, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or that the platform will be error-free. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

4. EMPOWERMENT: Intellectual Property & Privacy

4.1 Our Content

The workshops, worksheets, and recordings provided by Six Degrees are our Intellectual Property. They are for your personal business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or taught as your own.

4.2 Your Content & Privacy

You own the copyright to your posts and contributions. However, by sharing in the group, you grant us a license to host that content so others can see it.

Confidentiality: What is shared in Six Degrees stays in Six Degrees. You agree not to share other members' private business data or personal stories outside the community.

5. TERMINATION & GOVERNING LAW

5.1 Termination

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates the Six Degrees Code (Section 2). In cases of bullying or harassment, removal may be immediate and without refund.

5.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. While we welcome our international members, any formal disputes will be settled in the courts of this jurisdiction.
