Flourish was created by Sarah Jepson, founder of Six Degrees, who has spent 17 years growing businesses, navigating expansion, navigating motherhood, hitting walls, rebuilding confidence, ignoring systems (and later falling in love with them), overcoming imposter syndrome, and discovering the hard way — that success is unsustainable without support.
This is the coaching experience she wishes she’d had.

Dannii Mathers is a business coach who blends two decades of high-performance commercial experience with deep expertise in women’s wellbeing and behaviour.
As a certified Menopause Wellness practitioner, Dannii also brings a rare lens to female entrepreneurship: understanding how physiology, energy, cognitive load, and hormonal change influence confidence, decision-making, and performance. She teaches women how to work with their bodies not against them so they can build businesses that feel good and function well.
