Community reaches 100 members milestone!

We are over the moon to announce that Six Degrees has reached 100 members and within 10 months of officially launching!

The community, which was started in May 2022 by Sarah Jepson in a bid to create a safe space for women to connect and support each other, has grown steadily since its inception.

“The community offers a platform for women to share their experiences, seek advice, and build meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals. Members of the community come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share a common goal: to empower and uplift each other,” said founder, Sarah Jepson.

Sarah continues: “We never imagined that we would reach 100 members in such a short amount of time. It’s a testament to the need for safe spaces for women to come together and build meaningful relationships.

We’ve been reflecting on the journey of our members so far and with a growing membership and a strong sense of community, this female-only group is sure to continue making an impact for years to come.”

Looking towards the future, the community plans to continue its mission of providing a safe and supportive space for women. 

The whole Six Degrees team and community members are committed to supporting each other and fostering a sense of empowerment through various activities such as mentorship, workshops, and social events. At the same time, the community hopes to expand its reach and grow its membership and its second location in Bristol will certainly help to continue to build the movement.

“We want to ensure that our community remains a supportive and inclusive space for all women,” said Sarah. “As we continue to grow, we’ll be looking for ways to better serve our members and create more opportunities for connection and support.”

With a strong foundation and clear goals, this female-only community is poised to make an even greater impact in the future, both within its current location and beyond.
